Tae Im has been a California litigator for more than 30 years. He first worked at defending insurance companies and their insureds at Wise, Wiezorek, Timmons, & Wise and Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold. Using the experience he gained defending insurance companies, he then worked at Callahan & Blaine for more than 12 years representing policyholders which he continues to do at the Brower Law Group. His practice also involves letters demanding coverage under CGL, homeowners, auto, truckers, E&O, D&O, HOA, EPL, fiduciary, disability, life insurance, annuity, ERISA, employee benefits, and workers compensation policies. He has handled all aspects of bad faith, declaratory relief, ERISA, contribution, interpleader and subrogation actions in California, New York, Florida, and Maryland.
Steven Brower has been a California litigator for over 40 years. Prior to founding the Brower Law Group he worked for several prestigious law firms including, most recently, over 10 years as a Shareholder in the Orange County, California office of Buchalter, a 60+ year old California-based law firm with over 200 attorneys. His practice involves all types of civil litigation with particular emphasis on insurance coverage (primarily for policyholders), computer technology (including software failures, e-discovery consulting and finding "John Doe" on the internet), intellectual property, trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud, libel and professional liability (malpractice). He has been lead counsel on multiple jury trials and bench trials and he has also represented clients in arbitrations and in hundreds of mediations.

Lee Fink is a California litigator and former senior government official. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and received his law degree from New York University. Before joining Brower Law Group, Lee worked at Greenberg Gross, served as the Deputy General Counsel for the Orange County Employees Retirement Systems (OCERS), and served as a senior political appointee and lawyer in the Obama Administration. His public practice included overseeing enforcement litigation for a federal cabinet department and overseeing securities litigation for a major public pension fund. His practice in the private sector has and continues to include representing a broad range of clients in complex commercial disputes, including motion picture studios, accounting firms, and technology companies.
John is a California litigator with experience in various sectors, including: bankruptcy/insolvency, financial services (banking), construction, insurance, restaurant/hospitality, health care, energy, transportation, real estate and mass tort. John completed his undergraduate education at the University of California at Los Angeles, (B.A., Political Scene, June 1998, Honors). John obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, California (Juris Doctorate, December 2001, Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif (Top 5%)). John has been nominated a "Super Lawyer" from 2008-2020 and also serves as a board member to the Insolvency Law Committee of the Business Law Section of California.
Jason Brower is a California litigator. Jason graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with distinction in scholarship and received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. His practice includes business litigation, corporate partnership disputes, premises liability, professional malpractice, and product liability.
Thuy Luong is a California litigator. Thuy graduated from Stanford University and received her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Before joining the Brower Law Group, Thuy was a staff attorney at Jones Day, where she represented a national consumer credit reporting agency in individual consumer litigation filed throughout the country. Thuy's practice includes all aspects of civil litigation, and she has extensive experience in contract disputes and trademark litigation.
Pavel Kolmogorov is a California litigator. Pavel received his Master of Laws degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During law school, he externed for the Honorable Laurel Beeler in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Pavel's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in both federal and state courts.
